Yes, we take back our old pieces at 50% of the invoice value, excluding GST. Please ensure you have the bill copy for the same. Kindly note that exchange or return is not applicable for any customised products.

No, we don’t have an EMI policy but we offer a credit card option.

Yes, we ship internationally via DHL/FedEx. Shipping charges would be INR 2800 for products below INR 36000.

Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email on your registered email ID with tracking details. If you haven't received your tracking email, please contact our customer service by email or chat.

For domestic orders, once the order is placed through our website, the readily available products will be dispatched via DTDC/India Post/Blue Dart in 2-3 working days and will be delivered within India in 2-4 working days.

For international orders, once the order is placed through our website, the readily available products will be dispatched via DHL/FedEx in 2-3 working days and will be delivered within 5-7 working days.

Please note that estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. For International orders, there might be delays due to customs clearance procedures.

Yes, they are. All jewelry pieces are delicate creations so please do not pull them or handle them roughly. We may be able to fix the broken jewellery creation at an appropriate charge.

All our pieces have a 1.5 to 2-micron gold polish, which when properly taken care of lasts up-till 4 to 5 years depending on the use. You will be provided with a Care Card upon purchase, which has instructions about proper jewellery preservation.

All the jewellery bought from us is re-polishable so nothing to worry about.

Your local jeweler can do it for you or you can contact us for the same. We can re-polish your jewellery at nominal charges.

We provide lifetime after-sale services for all our products at a very nominal charge. In case you need any repair or re-polish services, please feel free to contact us. Please note that in case the product is crushed/broken/not maintained properly, you can contact us and we will assess it and tell you the charges applicable.
